WHAT IS KAMBO?

Kambo is a traditional Amazonian medicine used for centuries by Indigenous tribes as a method of deep physical and energetic cleansing. Non-psychoactive and body-based, it works through the lymphatic and immune systems to support purification, clarity, and renewed vitality—bridging ancient healing with modern ways of being.

BENEFITS OF KAMBO

Kambo is traditionally known as a powerful cleanser and balancer, supporting the body in releasing what no longer serves—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Used for centuries as a hunter’s medicine in the Amazon, it was valued for enhancing vitality, clarity, intuition, and resilience. Today, people work with Kambo for many personal intentions, often leaving feeling more present, grounded, and alive in their bodies.

Kambo may support:

  • Cleansing and Detoxification

  • Balancing the Nervous System

  • Emotional Processing and Trauma Release

  • Mental Clarity & Mood Regulation

  • Restoring Health to the Digestive System

  • Aligning Reproductive & Hormonal Health

  • Vitality & Resilience

WHAT TO EXPECT

KAMBO CEREMONY

Connection & Centering

This phase is about feeling safe, informed, and present before the medicine is welcomed into your body. Our connection begins with space to discuss lingering questions, concerns or needs.  We will move through a Somatic practice - this could be Breathwork, Kundalini yoga, Bioenergetics or other therapies - which allows the mind to soften and the body to ease into peace. Clear intentions for working with Kambo are welcomed at this time.

GUIDED MEDICINE EXPERIENCE

The ceremony unfolds with focused, one-on-one support as each person receives the medicine individually. Each ceremony has a maximum of 5 participants. The experience is held with care, reverence, and attunement, allowing each body the opportunity to release and recalibrate in its own perfectly unique way.

REST & INTEGRATION

After your experience is complete, rest is encouraged. The space remains calm and supportive as your body integrates the experience.   When all participants have completed their process, the ceremony is gently closed, and guidance is offered for nourishment, and aftercare for the days and weeks ahead.
